I finished my B.A. at Guilford
with High Honors.
It was a lot of work but the Integrative Studies program gave me a unique opportunity to study Educational Technology in a way that I believe was as good as, if not better than, other undergrad Ed. Tech programs. In the interest of furthering the field, I'll gladly share my experience - use my contact form (to avoid spam) and I'll get back to you as quickly as my schedule allows.

It is still my goal to transform educational technology from a medium through which people get information to a symbiotic partner in the learning process.

I will be pursuing this destiny at

I've finished my first year at NCSU. It was the most crazy and amazing "year." But between research, classes, TAing and all the other grad school activities I'm glad to have a summer break! A few notable milestones: My paper was accepted to the Human Factors & Ergonomics Society conference; I'll be presenting it in San Antonio this October. Next year I'll be serving on the boards of our Graduate Association of Students in Psychology and the student chapter of the HFES.

My research is becoming more refined. I've become intrigued with mobile devices as learning tools. Currently I'm studying information visualizations on mobile devices. Check out my blog to follow my research / curiosity.
